It’s not every day that we Dingbats are rescued from oblivion. Those artistic folks at BestStory.ca who created the 2025 Dingbat calendar obviously appreciate our sense of humour and impish nature. And we have to admit that it feels good to provide a few smiles and chuckles to a world in crisis. That’s our specialty – making people see the humour in what are often serious subjects and situations.

Last but not least, many thanks to that comical BestStory.ca illustrator for giving us a new look and updated threads for 2025: “Merci, Rodney!” And how can we ever thank Rodney’s colleague, Karen, for designing such an amazing but simple calendar grid? It’s so very interesting to note the many national holidays and religious celebrations from around the world. But I should be remiss, Karen, if I did not point out that you forgot one very important date – Dingbat Nation Day! Not to worry though, you can rectify that boo-boo in the 2026 edition. See you then!
